• 7.2 Transactions: We act as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the transactions and do not guarantee the condition, quality, or legality of the vans listed.
• 7.3 Payments: All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. We are not responsible for any issues related to payment processing.
• 7.4 Disputes: Any disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved between the parties. We may assist in dispute resolution at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.

8. Fees

We may charge fees for certain services provided on the platform. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you engage in the service. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Intellectual Property

• 9.1 Ownership: All content and materials on the platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, are the property of Nexus Vans or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• 9.2 User Content: By posting content on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content in connection with our platform and services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Vans and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform;
• Any content obtained from the platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for using the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
